Unless otherwise stated in writing, business logic, code, architecture, design concepts, and project implementation created specifically for a client remain the intellectual property of LBS Software, subject to any custom licensing or assignment arrangements agreed between both parties.

We will treat client information, business data, project requirements, and proprietary details as confidential and will not disclose them outside the project team except when legally required or when specifically authorized in writing by the client.
5. Payments and Fees
Fees for custom projects, software development, consultation, AI integrations, maintenance, or support are defined in the relevant proposal or invoice. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may lead to suspension of services, withheld deliverables, or additional administrative charges as specified in the project contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
LBS Software shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from the use of our services, website, or digital product solutions. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific services or amounts actually paid for the relevant project, to the extent permitted by law.
7. Website Use
The website content is provided for informational and business communication purposes. Users must not use the site or any associated systems for unlawful purposes, abusive behavior, unauthorized access attempts, malware distribution, or harmful digital activity.
